-United States

-Mexico

Orders placed from outside these regions may be automatically canceled.

All orders require 1–3 business days for processing before shipment. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

During high‑volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.


3. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the destination country:

Canada (Fastest Delivery)

Since we operate from Canada, domestic shipments are the quickest. Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days after processing.

United States

Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days after processing.

Mexico

Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days after processing. Customs inspections may cause additional delays.

Note: These are estimates provided by carriers. Actual delivery times may vary due to weather, customs, holidays, or carrier delays.


4. Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees (We Cover Them)

For shipments to the United States and Mexico, any applicable:

-Import duties

-Customs taxes

-Border fees

will be covered and paid by heatstreetwearoriginal.

This means customers will not be charged additional fees upon delivery. We handle everything to keep the experience smooth and stress‑free.


5. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with:

-Tracking number

-Carrier information

-Link to track your package

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package is handed to the carrier, heatstreetwearoriginal is not responsible for:

-Lost packages

-Stolen packages

-Delayed deliveries

Any claims must be filed directly with the shipping carrier.


7. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate address at checkout.

If you entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at heatstreetwearoriginal@gmail.com. We will attempt to assist if the order has not shipped yet, but:
